Tile or metal, we restore both
Tile roofs
Concrete and terracotta tiles lose their surface to the Queensland sun and start holding water and moss. We replace cracked tiles, re-bed and point the ridge caps, then clean, prime and coat the whole roof.
Metal roofs
Faded and chalky metal roofs can often be brought back without replacing the sheets. We clean, repair flashings and sheets where needed, prime and apply a protective coating in the colour you choose.

Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We assess the whole roof and give you the scope and the cost in writing before you book. Nothing starts until you have seen it.
Do you restore tile and metal roofs?
Both. Concrete and terracotta tile, and metal sheet roofs.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. One crew does the job from the clean to the final coat, so the finish is the same across the whole roof.
My ceiling has a water stain. Can you find the leak?
Yes. Water travels, so the stain is rarely where it gets in. We trace the actual entry point before any repair work starts and tell you what it needs.
Which areas do you cover?

Can you clean or paint the rest of the house too?
Yes. We do soft washing, pressure cleaning of driveways and exteriors, and external painting of walls, fascias, eaves and trim.
