What is the difference between bedding and pointing?
Bedding is the mortar the ridge caps sit on. Pointing is the flexible compound over it that seals the join and holds the caps in place. We reset the bedding where it has failed and point every ridge.
Do I need a full restoration?
Not always. If only the ridges need work, the written scope says so.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We assess the whole roof and give you the scope and the cost in writing before you book. Nothing starts until you have seen it.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. One crew does the job from start to finish, so the finish is the same across the whole roof.
